On Sunday, April 25, 2010 the Prince Georges Historical Society will host their annual St.   Georges Day Dinner in celebration of the County’s founding.  During the event they recognize “individuals and groups who have made significant contributions to the preservation of our county heritage”. This year they will honor LCHP with a St. George’s Award for our publication of Lakeland African Americans in College Park. Thank you to each and every one of you for making this Project possible.
