Learn about and provide feedback on the development of 5021 Lakeland Road. The town hall listening session will take place at 7:30pm at the College Park City Hall Community Room, 7401 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD.
Under the current proposal, the City-owned property will be transferred to the to the Community Preservation Trust (https://communitypreservationtrust.org/) in order to develop a home that is owner-occupied and affordable for all future buyers.
