Help Lakeland’s Story Live On! The Lakeland Community Heritage Project (LCHP) needs your help with things Large and small. Please come to our next volunteer meeting and see how you can help.

Several events have been scheduled for 2010, Lakeland’s 120th year. They will honor Lakeland’s past and its people.  Planned events include a Black History Celebration (January), Dinner Dance (February), Concert (May) and Heritage Weekend (September). Bring your ideas and energy to the next volunteer meeting to get involved with the Lakeland Community Heritage Project.
